Academy Reopening – Jan 2021
You may have seen the government announcement made on Thursday 30th December requiring schools to operate a staggered return in the new year. We have not been provided with information prior to this announcement and we await further details.
We can, however, confirm the following at this point:
- All learning next week will take place remotely with students and staff following their normal timetable. The exception to this is vulnerable and key worker children. They can attend SOA as normal from 8:30am on Monday 4th January.
- We will update students with specific information regarding plans for W/c 11th January onwards when we return on Monday 4th January.
- All public examinations are going ahead as planned and students should attend school as planned in order to sit exams in January.
